Shipping

All of our products ship to Canada or the continental US for a flat rate of $20 CAD. Shipping times vary from 3 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking order from Canada Post within 2-3 days of ordering. If you don’t see the tracking information, remember to check your spam folder.

Don’t forget to use code ‘FREESHIPPING’ at checkout to get FREE shipping on orders over $125. Free shipping offer does not apply to clinical products or custom orders.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to those who live within Peterborough ON city limits. Local orders have a flat delivery fee of $5 and are dispatched every Tuesday and Friday. To use this method of shipping, choose ‘Local Delivery’ at checkout. We will be in touch via email within 1-2 days with your expected delivery date.

Local Pickup

You can pick up your order at our studio near downtown Peterborough for no cost. To arrange pickup, choose ‘Pickup' option at checkout. We will be in touch via email to arrange pickup.
